To submit your child's information to our agency, first read the Enroll a Child FAQs, then complete the following form.  All information is required and you and your child must be current residents of Tippecanoe County.  Note that by completing this form, you will be contacted by a Case Manager to begin the enrollment process.  Though we work hard to find a match ("Big") for every child, the process can take from six to twelve months.
