                                                  "Bigs" and "Littles" are the heart of our programs.

                                                  Our matches enjoy sharing simple, everyday activities with each other:  playing a game, attending a ball game, arts and crafts, watching a movie or just hanging out together.  What matters to the children is not the activity, but that they have a caring adult who is interested in their life.  Because they have someone to confide in and look up to, they do better in school and at home.

                                                  Our mentoring programs are characterized by:
                                                  • One-to-one friendship between a caring, adult volunteering and a child.
                                                  • Thorough, careful assessment and screening of volunteers, with child
                                                    safety as our top priority.
                                                  • Thoughtful matching of volunteers and children, based on shared
                                                    interests and personalities.
                                                  • Focused and tracked outcomes that measure match impact.

                                                  Program Options:
                                                  Every volunteer has the opportunity to select a program that fits his or her schedule and personal preferences.
                                                  Each program has proven results!

                                                  We serve the children of Tippecanoe County with three mentoring programs options:
                                                  All programs require Bigs to be at least 19 years of age.

                                                  • Faith-Based Mentoring - Help your Little explore their faith and learn about serving others while engaging in activities
